Elaine is the broker-in-Charge and Co-Founder of Iron Key Realty. A Native of the Garden State, Elaine boasts over 20 years of Real Estate experience ranging from general brokerage to property management. Elaine also has a passion for people and began selling homes with Weichert Real Estate Agent in Kendall Park, NJ at the age of 19. She believes in honest, well-executed real estate brokerage practices and is a wealth of knowledge to her clients within the real estate market. Elaine credits her father, a long-time real estate broker and investor, for her start in the real estate business.

Elaine is also a mom to two wonderful kids and her Labradoodle Cherry. She enjoys walking and running on the American Tobacco Trail, attending local events in the Triangle as well as traveling to the coast and enjoying the beach.
